This page is the one I get the most emails on, by a long, long stretch.
And it reminds me of this little rhyme:
“If you’ve got a dollar and you’ve got piles,
give me your dollar and get rid of your piles,
or you can keep your dollar and keep your piles”
Okay – I’ve got nothing to do with piles, but you get the idea.
If you’d read my H Pylori diet book when you first hit this site, I’d bet the shirt on my back you’d by H Pylori free now. What’s more, I guarantee it too. The risk is all mine.
It’s important to point out that because we’re all different, nobody – including me – can guarantee the same results as I achieved from the programme in my book. Results vary from person to person depending on genetics, starting points and actions taken.
When I say I guarantee it, I mean financially. If you’re unhappy with it, I’ll give you a full refund, no questions asked.
Any how, here’s my biggest tip if you missed it:
The number one recommendation I give people with H pylori actually has nothing to do with H pylori whatsoever.
But it’s the most helpful tip I can possibly give you out of all the recommendations in my locker.
Huh? How can that be?
Well believe it or not, H pylori is a scapegoat in many cases. The doctor who healed me told me that avoiding certain foods not only helped symptoms improve faster, but also increased H pylori treatment success.
I trusted him and got the results.
You might have nasty digestive symptoms such heartburn, tummy pain, bloating, belching, diarrhea or “irritable bowels”.
But H pylori may not be causing them – in fact H pylori causes NO symptoms in 70% people who have it.
Sure, H pylori can cause a lot of agonizing symptoms, and it does cause ulcers.
But…
It’s MUCH more common for everyday foods to cause these nasty symptoms than H pylori. Nobody ever mentions this.
The number one problem food is gluten. It’s a sticky molecule in common grains like wheat, rye and barley.
It’s in bread, pasta, cakes, biscuits, cereals and more.
My friend Dr. Kenneth Fine, MD, reckons 80% of the western population has problems digesting gluten.
It sets your intestine on fire in the same way as H pylori and causes all the same symptoms, and more.
This is why so many people don’t get relief from their symptoms even when they treat H pylori successfully.
So, my number one tip for a healthy gut is to eat a gluten-free diet.
It’s simple, but not easy because gluten is in so many popular foods and beverages (including beer!)
So let me offer a helping hand.
Read my e-book and learn exactly how to bring a gluten-free diet into your lifestyle.
Remove foods containing gluten and replace them with delicious alternatives.
Follow the plan closely.
Get rid of gluten, let the fire in your gut die down. Then treat H pylori.
You’ll have way better success that way, in my experience.
I’ll be your symptoms die down well before you even get to the H pylori.
Let me know in 60-days if you don’t feel better and I’ll refund every cent or penny.
By the way, gluten can also cause nerve and brain disease – there are more than 19,000 scientific studies proving its dangers, but for some reason it’s not common knowledge.
It’s one of the most toxic foods on the planet – don’t be one of the 80% suffering with gluten symptoms unnecessarily. Cut it out of your life for 30-days and see how you feel.
More like this in the H-pylori diet book.

Dave: Trough the many Emails I’ve received from you, I feel like I know you already. Your passion for the wellbeing of others move my heart. You have help me a lot to understand that all these symptoms, feeling sick and not even been able to explain it, have a cause. I have been suffering for years and no doctor able to find exactly what is the cause. Recently, by a blood test I was possitive to Hpylori. My family sent me from Honduras a Chymbopogon Citratus treatment, which I’m taking, together with all your main advices: no gluten, no milk. Again, thank you and God May bless you greatly!
Hi Marleny,
Thanks so much for your kind words!
It means a lot to know that we’re making a difference.
Keep us posted on how you feel. I’m really interested to know about the
treatment your taking (Chymbopogon Citratus).
Do you have any info on it at all?
Do keep us posted on your progress!!
Warmest regards,
Dave.
