Your H-pylori PDF

Hi – Dave here.

First things, first:

If the free H-pylori PDF didn’t make it to your inbox, you can download it here.

But before you do that, here’s a post you really should read if you missed it.

It shows just how easy it is to catch H-pylori.

And how easy it is to get rid of with the right diet and a few natural herbs, although I can’t guarantee you will achieve the same results I did because we’re all different.

I can’t guarantee you’ll take the same action steps as I did, and you might have some genetic and lifestyle factors that alter your results.

(It has worked twice for me now and also worked for my girlfriend and her brother.)

After successfully eradicating H pylori in 2007, I was pretty horrified when I felt the same heartburn symptoms return in October 2009.

I knew H pylori had come back, but I ran a test anyway to prove it.

The test result is below (I used a different lab, which is why the printout looks different from the others shown on the site).

h-pylori-test
Recall my story:

November 2004 – Major nausea, vomiting, heartburn and other horrendous symptoms in Egypt.

Dec 2004 – Aug 2007: didn’t feel right – tired, anxious, not sleeping properly, loss of mojo, especially in 2007.

Aug 2007 – Heartburn returned with a vengeance.

Aug 2007 – Tested positive for H pylori and also found out my hormones were all over the place (high stress hormones, low testosterone)

Sept-Oct 2007 – Took natural / herbal treatment for H pylori (heartburn went away immediately)

Sept-Dec 2007 – Followed natural hormone balancing program (mojo came back, had much more energy, slept well, felt great)

Oct 2009 – Heartburn came back – I also felt depressed for no reason.

Oct 2009 – Ran stool test (above) – showed I had H pylori again.

Nov 2009 – Repeated natural program for H pylori – heartburn and depression went away again, pretty quickly.

Nov 2009 – Suspected I may have picked up H pylori from my girlfriend so she ran stool test, which showed indeed she did have H pylori. She didn’t have any symptoms from it, but she’d passed it to me.

Nov 2009 – Girlfriend’s brother also ran stool test, which showed he also had H pylori (he had been suffering with heartburn and chest pain).

Nov-Dec 2009 – girlfriend and her brother followed natural program for H pylori and both successfully beat it.

What it taught me

These experiences taught me three things:

First, H pylori can come back – just because you beat it once, you can catch it again.

Second, it gets passed from person to person, which is why I reckon household members should all get tested, even if they don’t have symptoms.

Third, the natural program really does work. It worked twice for me and it also worked for my girlfriend and her brother.

Of course, I’m biased, but my short book on getting rid of H-pylori is worth every penny.

And if you think otherwise, I’ll refund you in full. No questions asked. Really. Take a peek at the reviews on Amazon if you think I’m full of hot air.

You can get the online version here, right now.

Best

Dave

      Hey Alastair,

Thanks for your question – it’s a really, really good one.

First, I had H pylori twice (more than 2 years apart, so I know it
can come back even after you get rid of it.

When I was writing one of my books on H pylori, I found some
research in the scientific literature showing how H pylori can
be passed from person to person.

My guess – and I can’t say for sure – is that H pylori can be
picked up at ANY time, especially if people are having close
contact (e.g. sexual relations), or if they’re sharing eating
      and drinking utensils.

Some studies show that H pylori can hitch a ride on yeast
organisms that live in the mouth, so even kissing may lead
      to reinfection.

When I found out I had H pylori for the second time, I asked
my partner to get tested. Sure enough, she had H pylori.

We also tested her brother, who also had it!

The thing is that an innocent carrier of H pylori who doesn’t
have any symptoms could pass it right back to you if you’re not
      careful.

So while I’m not allowed to offer any medical advice, I can
recommend seeing your doctor about getting partners, family
      members, kids, etc. tested.

Alternatively, there are some excellent home-based stool tests
      that can be used.

I talk about these in my book quite a bit. Feel free to check it out.

      I hope this helps!

      Best wishes,
      Dave.

Dave, have you ever heard of using O-ZONE for treating H Pylori. Such as drinking O-zonated water ? Also this Mantula Tea, are there any other distributors of this I can’t find anybody thats ever heard of it except the one your link mentions.

Hey Tom, thanks for your post.

I’ve never heard of Ozone being used – theoretically it may work.

The Matula is only sold by the company that manufactures it, which is why you can’t find it anywhere.

My I make a recommendation: read my book – it will help you understand the situation in a lot more detail.

Wait 30 days and the re-test to check H pylori has gone.

      It may still be there.

Also, you may also have Candida overgrowth, low stomach acid, etc. which can also cause burning.

A hiatal hernia can cause burning, too.

Have you seen the info on comprehensive stool testing at all?

      Best,
      Dave

      Carolyn,

      It’s really hard to say.

I talk about the reasons why people don’t feel well after treatment in my book.

It would take me too long to explain all the reasons here, but it’s to do with
H pylori still being there, other bad bugs overgrowing due to the antibiotics,
the foods you’re eating and other factors.

I highly recommend you look at ebook:

This is a tough situation as your symptoms are very complex.

I’d love to help, so if you’re on a tight budget, I first recommend you consider
      altering your eating habits.

Read my ebook first, and make the recommended diet changes for 60- days to see if this helps.
Click here for more info: H-pylori-diet-ebook

I can’t guarantee this is going to help, because your symptoms are complex,
      as explained above.

Your doctor may be able to help more, by recommending some testing for you. Ask for
      a test for H pylori.

    Hi,
I tested positive for h-pylori in July, 2013. I was given antibiotics that almost sent me to the hospital. I stopped taking them, so I guess that I still have it. I have extreme amounts of gas and when it gets trapped, I get severe abdominal pain especially in the center. I go to the bathroom and sometimes that is followed by back pain. Sometimes my intestines feel like they are bubbling other times like an inferno. My worst part of the day is the evening when all the discomforts begins. Is all this caused by this bacteria?

So happy to find you. God bless you and your dedication to the elimination of hpylori. My 29 year old son has probably had it for 7 years now. We just didn’t know what it was. He has just finished his 3rd round of anti-biopics. He is still suffering. Can’t eat without taking ant acid pills, subscription. Thinks he must take them for 6 months. We are desperate. He eats anti dairy, anti gluten, anti processed foods for a long while. Bad headaches, stomach pain. Had colonoscopy and endoscopy more than a year ago when we discovered what hpylori was. His eating habits are great. He craves sugar, but gets terrible headaches when he eats an apple. He juices kale, frozen broccoli, and parsley every day. We started him on cats claw bark powder, mastic gum and trialpha? Powder about two weeks ago. No noticible difference yet. He feels great if he doesn’t ear. Hungry all the time. Eats organic chicken breasts, salmon, broccoli, every day. Always hungry. Please help.i will order your book now. Thank you, pattie

      Hi Pattie,

Yes, it is really advisable to read my book as it contains a lot of excellent practical information to help.
I have to say that juicing broccoli and kale is NOT excellent eating habits.

These foods can cause a lot of digestive problems for people, so it’s wise to read the book to learn more.

      Hi there,

Thanks for your post. H. pylori is associated with both B12 deficiency and urticaria.

B12 deficiency comes from H. pylori reducing stomach acid levels, but it also happens due to not chewing food properly, intestinal damage from gluten and parasites, and some other basic factors.

The liver stores plenty of B12 (they say about a year’s worth), so if you are deficient, it would indicate you’ve been having trouble with your digestion for quite some time.

Urticaria is definitely associated with H. pylori (as are other skin conditions, including rosacea).

So it’s entirely possible that your skin condition and B12 deficiency are being caused by H. pylori.

If your treatment is not working, I highly recommend you read my book in full and use the protocol I lay out.

You can find it here: h-pylori-diet-ebook

It’s important for you to realise that if you have low stomach acid, you wont absorb any B12 from your tablet.

It’s much better to take sublingual drops than tablets.

You can book a consultation with a HompesMethod practitioner to help lay out a more detailed plan.

      Best,
      Dave

      Hi Helen,
      H. pylori is known to cause urticaria, but it’s not the only cause.
There’s very little point in taking a B12 pill because the reason B12 becomes deficient is low stomach acid and low intrinsic factor (both of these can be caused by H pylori)
If you don’t have enough intrinsic factor, you can’t absorb B12, no matter how much you take.
Instead, it’s better to focus on eliminating H pylori and restoring stomach acid levels; in the meantime, take sublingual B12 that is absorbed under your tongue.
If the antibiotics have not worked for you, I recommend you explore the natural approaches we use with our clients.
They’re detailed in my book, The H Pylori Diet.
      I hope this helps!
      Best,
      Dave
